S650 / S750 start of production and end of model dates

S750 will utilise the GE2.2 platform, which will also underpin the the replacement for Mach E (and new Mach E coupe/Escape/Explorer/Aviator albeit using GE2.1)..............so we can assume S750 will be full EV.

One thing worth noting, the have both S650 and S750 being built at Flatrock. Not sure how they will retool to build a completely different platform vehicle once S750 starts production in just a few days though....

Am I reading that right start of production early March? What about the Mach 1 HPs that were supposedly slated for March? I suppose they could leave a few lines open for those while the majority start on S650? I understand manufacturing processes but don’t know enough about automotive ones.

That's a good point......but I'm sure they could build all the required Mach 1 HPs in a week right at the start of March.

Had a thought, Ya know they sent that out very early on about the March production. And they constrained HPs, then stopped new orders. I’d bet they don’t very many of that spec left at all to get out. Just conjecture though.

Order Banks should open up pretty soon then if we're talking March production. Dealer kept telling me late summer early fall to order and I'm like... nawww. I think it'll be sooner.

The cars are already EVERYWHERE.

Sidenote I'm at MAP, and glad to see bronco/ranger scheduled through 2036/2037.
That'll take me to Retirement or close enough.

There were Mach 1 HPs latest to be built? That's surprising. I read somewhere dealers where unable to select the HP option when placing an order for 23' Mach 1s. Even 23' Mach 1s were surprising, highly doubt any HPs will be built anymore. It's all about the Dark Horse now.

Yeah, ive heard the same about dealers not being able to make new orders, but also that maybe some 22 HP were able to roll over.
