The licensing contract came up and Ford decided not to renew it. So for now no more Shelby/Cobra badged Ford cars.

Rumors of a new GT500 have been circulating for some time now. The pics may be new but Hagerty should know not to call it a GT500. The affiliation between Ford and Shelby has ended so the name will no longer be used.
