I have noticed that many places that used to sell Ford licensed items no longer do. Perhaps some bean counter at Ford had a reevaluation of license agreements and started charging more......
Sadly; they no longer do anything Ford branded.
It looks like it's at least even with the collar. Mine's about a Thumb Nail above the collar. And that took about 10 rotations of the knob to get there.I’m not at home but this picture may help
