I'll also throw in Built By Basil shift knobs. Wood might not be your thing, but he can make gorgeous custom shift knobs with engravings, patterns, flags, etc.
I bought from him years and years ago when he was much smaller, he's only gotten better since then. Highly recommend his work...
Eh. still heavy and not as rigid as 'exotics'.
Instead of trying to cope and attempt to compare to other cars, we should just accept that this car is simply a Mustang. We bought it because of the engine, or the tremec, or whatever else.
Stating that by 'simply installing a whipple will allow...
Not sure what all the fuss is about a 4 door mustang. 4 Door pony cars are awesome, just look at the CT4V and Chevrolet SS. It would more than likely be called a falcon anyway.
So I did some further research. Looks like a big part of why 2 valve's make more low end torque vs 4 valve per cylinder DOHC heads is due to air velocity at slower engine speeds, which makes a lot of sense now.
2 valves per cyl allow for higher air velocities at low RPM, but ofc that comes with...
You can, but they would make the power very differently, no?
The engine with the longer stroke would make the power at a lower RPM with a higher peak torque figure, vs the shorter stroke making the power at a higher rpm and lower peak torque figure - assuming everything else is exactly the same...
How does stroke not effect torque? It makes perfect sense to me that it would, and I've never seen anything refuting it. There is simply more leverage on the crankshaft with a longer stroke.
