The one my dad still jokingly dreams about, that it's waiting for him in a garage somewhere in the mountains of Pennsylvania, is a 1962 Corvette. Black on black with chrome.
I have been debating picking one of these up during my fall or winter acquisitions phase. But I have other priorities first like those axles you and I have been talking about. Trying to get those into Canada is ridiculous and beefcake hasn’t responded to me so the hunt continues.
Just to provide some further confidence. Yes, they will fit.
2024 Dark Horse with HP AND I'm lowered 0.8" and they fit!
I did make one mistake which was the wrong front tire size (I went 285/35R20) so they did gently graze the inside part of the fender liner. Kinda like when you rub carpet...

You now have me looking through this thread to see if there are any LOL
Not sure if the GT and the DH have the "same same" tune with regards to the kit?
I have the same kit and was able to get 707 rwhp on 94 with Comp Open Air boxes.
For those thinking about these? These are beautiful wheels and the 20" + 35 sidewall helps raise up a lowered Dark Horse a tad which makes all the difference in the world driving on the street and trying to enter driveways lol
Sold mine a couple of weeks ago to recoup some of the cost of my 19"...
Yes, I have used them and no I have not had any issues.
One of the rim/tire combos I run is a set of 19" DHP1 wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.
Great tire for dry driving, decent tire for wet driving. All around a great "Cruising with the gf on a Sunday morning" tire where you can get...
Check this video. Sounds like you have similar setup to Joel.
He shows you how he mixes E30 easily. As for the Boostane. Yes, some guys run it on smaller pully as Modn mentioned above. I'm only running a Stage 1 so don't require all that extra octane for the street.
Back the truck up.
While the mustang is ASSEMBLED in the FRAP facility many parts come from all over the place and those are subject to tariffs. That adds to the ASSEMBLED costs because Ford ain't going to absorb that.
Whether it's "confirmation bias", as per Sinthor, or not makes no...
Sadly, my local Ford dealership was not confident they could complete uninstall them, refresh them and reinstall them. I guess Ford doesn't sell these kits to the dealerships to prevent them from up-optioning non Dark Horse vehicles. I applaud their tech's honesty about not really being sure he...
I'll attach this here since one of the members posted the images in another thread.
I am going to attempt this however am hoping to see if I can convince one of my local Mustang Club guys, who has a Mach I, to assist with this. Dean, if you are reading this. Beer is on me!!!!
Not sure there is a question here? I'm not an economist however from a high level I do know that economics involve a lot more than just "what you see".
Let's travel down the rabbit hole and do a comparison on 2 Johns.
John Smith (of the Houston, Texas Smiths)
John Smith (of the Toronto...
Fair!!! Wait until you see that you can't switch between your custom modes by using the SWITCH MODE button.
If you have CUSTOM 1 and that is set as your default custom mode then that is what you get when you select CUSTOM MODE.
If you have CUSTOM 2 set as your default custom mode, then that is...
Mmmm, it's a little more complicated than just "How much did the price go up".
Think of it like throwing a stone into a pond with ripples that spread out from the point of impact.
Tariffs in place on assembled/finished products, as well as raw materials, result in increased production costs...
I'm surrprised it was not worse.
With tariffs in full effect across the automotive sector, as well as raw materials for production, I expect the next few quarters are going to look like a dumpster fire.
