Cool project. Is there a reason you decided pull the hot fluid thru the pump before the radiator? It may be better for the pump to pull it through the radiator first, so it doesn’t see hot fluid.

There should be a small black vinyl “donut” to go around the camera and hide the body color. I took the panel off after about a year of having it installed. There was minimal dirt behind the panel. I did use 3M adhesion promoter to help the adhesive tape stick when I installed it.

If you stick with the stock tire size of the factory 20s (265/35R20) you don’t really need to change anything as your within the tolerance for same overall tire diameter of ~27in. Otherwise you need to acquire and learn FORScan.

Ford Performance is too busy making special editions of the GTD to waste time with packages for us common folks.

In your pic where the connector says OBD-II, the male side of that joint is the factory OBD-2 port and was originally mounted to that silver rectangular bracket. Your dealer used some sort of universal adapter to power your dashcam and did a sloppy job of it.
