Blend date is the anticipated day when your car should start final assembly. It can move a few days based on parts, assembly schedules, etc. BTW - What you and I think of as the final assembly, Ford calls the trim line. For reference, the blend date for my car was 6/9.

It does work on the 2024. I also have a PP car with staggered wheels. Depending on the tire you have you can rotate from side to side on each axle. The stock Pirelli PZ4 tire is not directional so you can do side to side “rotation”. Page 345-346 in the manual...
