Hi, I am just wondering what are the differences between these two OEM parts? I don’t see any despite the price difference between them

But the one without the gurney flap is higher in price than the other! I’m confused

One is from the parts counter repair catalog with the typical inflated markup. The other is from the Ford Performance catalog and includes the spoiler, gurney flap, and mounting hardware.
No, it doesn’t make sense that the repair parts are 3x the cost of the FP kit. Unfortunately this is fairly common

The DH spoiler has many numbers and it is confusing since the part has a base number PR3Z-6344210-XX. The XX can be -DD,-DC,-DE and if you look at the base drawing part xx44210 is the upper part of the spoiler.
