How expensive is your oil change?

Got my first oil change today at the dealership not sure what they are gonna charge me but been reading online some costs upwards of $350+. Just curious, how much did you pay and was it dealership, third party (Jiffy Lube etc) or done by yourself.

Had my first one done yesterday (1200 miles) at the dealership. $110. That was the synthetic blend.

Was driving through Tennessee on Highway 24-mile marker 109 when someone's bumper (Think that's what it was, it was maroon and length wise like a bumper) flew off their car and went right under mine blew my tire out and 4 other cars. F Tennessee! Lucky my stang came with a spare tire

Nasty changing that tire on the side of highway 24 with truckers whipping past me 80+ mph and me laying on the concrete less than a foot away from the white line

I'm gonna find out today, I was looking at the oil from AmericanMuscle and it was $25 per container

Motorcraft full synthetic 5w-30 is $5.39/qt on rock auto.

if you need 5w-50 for some reason it’s only $9.62

I pay $22 to the dealer.

Like sdsteele2, I buy the oil and the filter on rockauto (cannot beat the price anywhere).

For my wife's Explorer ST we also pay the dealer to rotate the tires, but I guess I can't really do that on my Dark Horse with the handling package.

First oil change I bought PUP and Ford filter from Amazon, took them to my dealer and they charged me $35 for the change using my oil and filter. They did a great job and let me watch them do it. It was worth $35 not to crawl under my car.

Motorcraft full synthetic 5w-30 is $5.96/qt at newparts.com, Quick delivery I would get the Motorcraft engine oil filter (FL-500S)somewhere else like Levittownfordparts.com

@sdsteele2 ..... Agreed. Motorcraft FULL synthetic 5w-30, Ford filter AND pre-fill the oil filter AND some oil on the filter gasket. I tip the tech. He does what I want not what the manual or dealership might say to do.
