Try using the chat feature on this website. Have your order code and sales code ready before opening the chat. They gave me a VIN and build date before my dealer ever did.
June scheduling is done, you may get a July build date during July scheduling, which probably starts next week(or the week after, there is 1 down week in July) and will last 1-2 weeks. If you do get scheduled for July, then you will find out fastest by contacting Ford on one of the methods described in this forum, or wait for the email, which may come later in the month (after you have already been scheduled for a while). Thursdays are typically scheduling days, so you may want to call or email Ford on Thursdays or Fridays for updates.
Unfortunately, it is quite normal.
It blows my mind how anxious some of these posts seem with just 1 month into the wait. I'd consider it fortunate to have any kind of update on my order by the end of August

Depends hugely on option mix, and dealer ranking and allocation slots. One would hope he went with a Chapman or other volume discount dealer but it could be with a one horse town dealer that sells 3 mustangs in an entire year.
True. I went to Mac haik here in DFW. They sell a ton of mustangs.
Only thing I've heard is from Ford chat. They gave me a vin at least. Have you tried them?
