I get what you're saying. They could just not offer the higher packages. But I wouldn't like that. I'm sure they're trying to sell it for as cheap as they can while still being profitable.Oh, I'm sure they do!
Yeah, 45 and 70 IS a big difference, and that's not my issue. The issue I have is with Ford pricing a well equipped premium GT into M2 territory (and a few grand lower than base C8 territory), and that goes for the Dark Horse as well. It's also the fact that the S650 isn't exactly selling like hotcakes, and yet here we are with another significant price increase. It's slightly concerning for the direction of the brand. I don't want the core audience of Mustang buyers to be priced out, effectively telling Ford there's no reason to keep the brand around anymore.
