Look in the order guide. It easiest to see there.
Where is the order guide?

It's easier to see on that page when chosing it. Add an info button and when tapping on it you can see what the equipment is.

I really don't understand anything about that guide.

I see that number 400A means premium. But what is included if you choose 400A?

I understand. First scroll through the guide to find the car you want. The 300A and 301A packages are for a base GT, the 400A and 401A are for the premium car.

In this case you want page 13. Notice the part I redlined. Here you can see the two different packages. The 300A is standard, the 301A isoptuional and includes all the additional feature listed under it. (I) means included.

Hope this helps.

If that X-Plan pricing is even remotely correct then it makes a loaded GT actually logical again

I donā€™t remember getting that big of a discount when I bought my loaded 15 GT PP though

It seems like too much of a discount to me...and it doesn't say if that X-Plan price is including destination and delivery. Either way, it comes to either $6200 or $4500 off a $57K car....which would be great if true! But I thought it would be around $2500 to be honest.

This was back in 2015 but I thought X-plan pricing was basically ~$100 over invoice cost??

Would be amazing... but it sounds almost too good to be true. Question is, let's say it's around $2500 off at the end of the day like we think. What makes more sense if you want a loaded Mustang with a V8, manual, and all of the fun stuff like Mag ride, active exhaust, and Recaros (and didn't care about the bronze/night/DH appearance packages). I put these together.

1. GT with loaded essentials
S650 Mustang Unofficial 2024 Mustang Build and Price 1679685133966

2. DH without handling pack
S650 Mustang Unofficial 2024 Mustang Build and Price 1679685213765

3. DH with handling pack
S650 Mustang Unofficial 2024 Mustang Build and Price 1679685233012

Without X-Plan, it makes almost no sense to not just spring for the additional 7% and get the DH without the handling pack which will undoubtedly hold value better, have the same tech features, and more power, a better gearbox, and unique looks. Springing for the handling pack creates a solid $9k gap which makes it way more of a consideration.

But with X-Plan the GT actually makes sense. If the Ford Performance-ish model is less than 10% away in purchase price then I'm not even thinking about the purchase price difference; I'm thinking about the resale value.

this is something I might add in the future, I just need to figure out how to implement it

X Plan = invoice - (4% of invoice) + $275 is what I have seen online repeatedly
edit: I'm getting conflicting numbers here, I am seeing 4% and 0.4% but a salesperson said yes to something that is more in line with 4%
please take the X plan price with a grain of salt until I can confirm which one is right
edit 2: 0.4% is right, see below post by me for more info

an update has been put out to fix the wrong X-plan calculation, it should've been 0.4% and not 4%
note that all prices are rounded to the next whole number
i'm very sorry to anyone that was misled about the old wrong numbers

I think this is still happening with the 401A and Co-Pilot. When I did the build by just looking at the price list and adding it up, the price difference between my calculations and what your configurator does is the difference of the Co-Pilot option price.
good spot, ill work on fixing that, looks like i missed something with that
i've found and fixed the issue, an update has been pushed out and it should be live in a few mins

thank you for letting me know, this time i have actually found and fixed the bug
i also added a new feature where clicking on the order codes copies them to your clipboard

some technical stuff, some items require acting differently depending on another option, and to do that they're switched out for another exactly the same one
for example, with the Co-Pilot 360, you cannot deselect it on 401A coupe or convertible, so i have these 2 in the data

JSON:
            {
                "id": "50C",
                "type": "option",
                "name": "Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist+",
                "requires": [["401A", "401AC", "400A", "400AC"]],
                "hidden":[["401A","401AC"]],
                "incomp":["401A","401AC"],
                "cost_mod": [{"modid": "401A", "i_cost": 0, "r_cost": 0},{"modid": "401AC", "i_cost": 0, "r_cost": 0}],
                "i_cost":1029,
                "r_cost":1095,
                "option_code": "50C"
            },
            {
                "id": "50C",
                "type": "option",
                "name": "Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist+",
                "requires": [["401A", "401AC", "400A", "400AC"]],
                "show":[["401A","401AC"]],
                "incomp":["400A","400AC"],
                "foreverselected":true,
                "nocost":true,
                "option_code": "50C"
            },
what was happening was the "50C" for 401A was being shown, and the other hidden, but the one that was hidden was missing the "cost_mod" to set it to 0, so it was technically selected even though hidden, adding it's cost

Well you just made my car $1000 cheaper so thank you for that and also what is site built on Iā€™m guessing some sort of JavaScript framework but curious to know which one
