Long time lurker, never had anything to share until now. I found this posted elsewhere... most of it is known already but a few new details like B&P phases that I havent seen posted before unless I missed it.

1. 2023MY Production vs 2024MY Production

- 2024MY production runs 18 months vs 2023MY production at 4 months​

2. 2024MY Mustang Dark Horse Allocation Process

- Based on dealer feedback, every dealer will have the opportunity to receive at least 1 Dark Horse unit.​

- We will fulfill 1 unit for each dealer first, so please expect a delay in receiving subsequent units as production capacity is limited per week.​

- The remainder of 24MY production will be allocated based on Mustang sales SON.​

- We are expecting the 700A Package to be close to 100% as the 600A Package is extremely limited for retail orders only.​

- Please reference to EFC10790 on our brokering policy for limited edition and other specialty vehicles.​

3. 2024MY Dealer Early Build Program

Early Build Vehicles​

- Preconfigured Units to meet early build requirements​

- Will be a mixture of EcoBoost & GT - Coupe & Convertible​

- Vehicles will be produced in early spring and will arrive in dealerships early summer​

Distribution​

- Each dealer will have the opportunity to receive at least 1​

- The remaining balance will be allocated based Mustang sales SON​

​

Dealer Early Build Program Benefits​

- Dealer sales consultant training on the significant package content changes​

- Customer in real life interaction - see, feel and touch 7th generation Mustang technological interior, exterior design & powertrain​

4. Dealer & Customer Resource Guide - 3/27 Launch

- The dealer & customer product information esource guide (PDF) augments the B&P lite pull ahead, highligting key Mustang product, packaging and starting MSRPs.​

- Exterior Design​

- Interior Design and Technology​

- Performance & Personalization​

- Package Changes from 23MY to 24MY​

- Dealers can email the resource guide to customers as well as tentatively available as a downloadable file (similar process used for Bronco at OBO).​

5. Dealer/Customer Communication Plan

I think the PEP codes are trim codes. Like 700A etc.

Did the delaer esource book get released to dealers? Any new information in them I wonder?
