Funny side story about "Closing Time." They always play it at bars at closing time but the song is actually about bringing a child into the world and leaving the hospital to start the journey of life. Kind of a trip if you listen to it with that in mind. Welp, time to go out to the places I will be from. Cya later!

Yes there is, and yes you can.

Unlike a car engine, the break in period for a speaker is not for controlling the initial wear of contact surfaces. New speakers don't have that problem, but they are stiff and need movement to "get loose" in a manner of speaking.

Just like an athlete warming up, you want to provide the speakers with a wide range of motion to "stretch" before going full tilt. You’ll want to play something with a large dynamic range, with solid deep bass, and a strong high end. Play the music loud, but not max volume, just louder than normal.

Don't know what song that is by Ludacris, but personally I would go for "Bring me to Life" by Evanescence, Alphaville's "Victory of Love," or "Without You" by Saga.
