I sold my 1LE in September. Lost more than 4K piddling around trying to decide if i was going to sell or not . Do it now lol. It’s for sure going down daily.

I sold my ZL1 1LE last Thanksgiving. I got 8k less for it than I would had if I had sold 6mon before.

Lexus usually holds their value pretty well. MSRP was 56k, I owe 48k, been making double payments since I bought it. Took it to CarMax and they offered 41k, bluebook says 47k

That’s tough. But making double payments you should be able to outpace the depreciation. You can maybe get to break even (or better) by the time a S650 arrives.
You could get a really nice 21 or 22 1LE for 40K.

blue book is all lies. Or if you prefer "truth as of 3+ months ago". They haven't caught up to reality. Carmax figure is more accurate if probably a touch low because they already have millions in inventory they got stuck with. So they're quoting something in the vicinity of low book in case they have to auction the damn thing.

Yeah, I’m tryna outpace the depreciation. The plan was to order the s650 and then blitz the shit out of the payment even more. End of year bonus is coming soon from work so I was gonna add another 4-5k to the principal. We will see.
