I wish the DH would actually look like this to stand out from the GT. The diffusor in carbon fibre or glossy black, different hood vents, the different seats. It would have been so much greater.
Another edition that probably won't make it to Europe :( just like the California Special and most probably the new Super Snake Shelby. All we get are just leftovers with not extras just to please the people over the ocean.
I use to own a 55 years edition in Kona Blue with the Alcantara and...
Hey man how are things lately. I hope you are still happy with your ambient light. Have you tried to put wires in the cup holders like they used to be for the S550? I have read somehwere before that it is not easy as there are no connections to that part.
Can you share some more nice pictures...
I don't want to be salty, but if Ford is really giving just an OTA update with a 60th anniversary gauge cluster, then it is simply a joke. I mean come on.... Event my 55th anniversary edition had more options than what Ford is (presumably) offering for the 60th anniversary.
I'll be waiting...
To a certain extend I do understand why some people are underwhelmed.
Me personally I like the S650 and I would get one especially looking at the DH which comes with better options overall. However as always us in Europe have even less options than you guys in the states.
- 445BHP for the GT...
At least we can be happy that Ford is offering something. But I would not choose it either. I'd be more interested in the options for interior, exterior colors, more brake callipers colors etc. So far we are lacking a lot of options here in Europe which sucks.
Sooner or later anything would be possible to give the Gen7 more power. And even if it is only via software updates at the beginning. I am sure some of the renowned tuners in Europe will work on it soon the car hits the road.
So typical from Ford that the new options weren't even shown on 1st February, but almost 2 weeks later. So what can we expect next? Getting more and more options every month? -.-
Asking your wife? Papalapapp! Just kidding lol
I don't like black paint in general because the paint kind of swallows the nice shape and silhouette of the car. Ligher colors showcase that better imo.
So you wouldn't opt for Ember Blue? I probably would not wrap it and just keep it as it is. I like the oxford white a lot, but since you cannot have it with the black roof, it looks too "clean". And after market would be too expensive (I guess I need to see both DH in different colors to make my...
I actually like the blue ember, because I used to have Kona Blue on my S550 which was in my opinion the most beautiful color of the Stang. However the more I see the DH in white, it also grows on me, so it will be a tough decision to make.
To be honest, IF I am getting a new Stang, I would go for the DH. Since my dad used to work at Ford, we get employer discounts and for the Mustang they are always 12%. Let's say I get the DH with AT as it is for 75.5K (because you can't really choose anything on top of it except the DH package...
It is a shit show to be honest. We knew that performance will be downgraded by our stupid governement and EU, but lacking so many options is totally bullshit. I hope more option will be available by the time progresses....
Dude, stop comparing cars that came out almost 10 years ago. "When the Stang came to Europe for the first time, you could get it fully equipped for little over 40K" (or in your words: almost half of the prices now). Bla bla.....
Time has changed! Everything is more expensive, whether its your...
