The S550 Track Springs did come with new dampers/struts as one whole piece. I will certainly be waiting for the full set because there's no way the stock dampers match these springs
Yeah I thought so too but says Ford made it specifically for the passive suspension, and has revised rate on their site and listing. Steeda’s site goes into more detail saying it fits stock suspension. There’s another one they made specifically for the 24 Ecoboost and it fits the S550 stock suspension as well if you go on to Ford Performance’s website. All that I was told was it’s a revised rate and FP rep told me it is made to work with stock suspension because I brought up the S550 track springs where it’s required to have those shocks and springs but I’ve seen the whole kit sold altogether as well for the S550 you mentioned. I did give them my VIN and told them I have a base non PP GT if not I would have gone with a different spring or waited till they released a street spring they’re currently working on for the S650.

Actually they were available individually. The kit was nice, as you mentioned you didn't need to use a spring compressor to install the springs on the struts. The Strut/Shock kit as well. Ford Performance actually sells the individual strut and shocks as replacements.

For those wondering about the new FP Track Springs. M-5300-S65T is made specifically for the S650 GT non magneride. There is a S62T made for the Ecoboost and fits 15-23 GT’s and Ecoboosts as well and isn’t like the last gen track springs that required you to have the track suspension package with it.

Anyways got these installed this past Saturday. So far I’m loving it after driving with them in normal driving conditions and spiritedly the past few days. The springs work great with stock suspension. The body roll compared to Steeda’s Progressive springs and FP street springs (15-23) is noticeably less. I have it paired with FP strut brace but for normal driving it’s great. Still comfortable but you can feel the car is less floaty/bouncy, and more planted. I live in the Dallas area so roads aren’t always the greatest but so far I’m in love with these springs and happy with them! The drop is just an inch all around. **wheels are SVE SP2’s with 285/35/19’s and 305/35/19’s Nitto NT555’s and no spacers**

Now for my only con when I got my package I received two insulator pads and one of them fit like it should and the other didn’t no matter how you turned it or which spring you put it on. Luckily Ford sent me the correct part and it should be two L pads for those that do order it and plan to install it on their GT.

I love that look! I also live in the Dallas area - where did you get the springs installed?

I am kind of shocked that Ford Performance hasn't released a full kit for these cars.

I have these on order through ford.Unsure when they will ship though, it's been a few weeks.

Your car looks great !
thank you! They’re pretty nice I would say I just recently changed out my springs to the FP street springs M-5300-S65S. Just because I know I want to upgrade my shocks/struts, sway bars and I don’t want my car to be uncomfortable especially daily driving it lol made a mistake on my trans am back then going all out on suspension and feeling everything on the road.

Do you have any road noise with the track springs? Specifically any clunks when driving over bumps?

Yes I actually did with the track springs. I was able to get it fixed by buying coil spring sleeves and covering the ford and part number on the rear. After that no more noise. I put the link of what I used that worked.

I’m currently on the street springs and essentially it’s the same street springs as the S550 minus the upper insulators. But for those I didn’t have any clunking like I did with the track ones.

Other than the noise, do you see any other difference between the S65S vs S65T springs? Heigh , performance , body roll etc? I'm considering either on 18 in wheel

The difference that I noticed is the track springs had less body roll and were stiffer but still comfortable enough to daily drive on my stock set up. I have a base GT and no suspension mods besides the springs. So when I had the track it was good for daily driving, but once you start upgrading I knew it would get rougher and stiffer. They both have the same inch drop, and reason I switched over to the street springs was because at times I daily drive my Mustang and wanted a balance of comfort and handling with the same drop. There is slightly more body roll compared to the track springs but it isn’t bad, it’s better than the stock springs of course. The street springs to me feel better and comparable to the Steeda progressives. Only difference would be the drop is an inch on the street springs compared to Steeda’s 1.3 in in the front and an inch in the back I believe, and I had those springs too but too much rake and too much scraping and rubbing with the Steeda springs. Also I’d say the street springs handle slightly better than the Steeda progressives and are noticeably more stiffer than their springs which I like and preferred. So you can’t go wrong with either track or street springs it really depends on what you want with your car. I wanted a balance of handling and comfort so I went with the street springs. Eventually I will upgrade the sway bars and shocks but I know if I did the same upgrades with the track springs they’d be way stiffer compared to the street springs and I still want to keep some comfort while improving handling.

FP Street Springs (M5300S65S). Which is my current set up right now.
Looks 🔥.
Kind of prefer how this wing flows with the stance compared to the HP one you had before.
