I wanted to provide an update to this intake- JLT / S&B worked with me on testing out some new seals and a little spacer on the driver side. We got the airbox to seal up to the hood about 95%. I'm pretty happy with this as it's the best value intake at this point and it achieves what I was after...

I was reluctant to mount under the chassis brace as it was made to fit flush against the body, so i ended up just grinding off part of the corner on each side, then add a spacer under the strap bracket. fits great. thanks for the ideas !

Not in my experience, The toe is what eats tires, camber is ok.

I did not, they are going to be testing some new seals on the top of the boxes then sending me those. I suggest you reach out to them and let them know you have the issue as well.

I edited the first post to include an additional video showing the intakes do not seal up to the hood as advertised ... ***update- JLT/S&B reached out and I possibly received some defective boxes and we will work to get correct boxes to replace these.
