Man, that sucks Ryan… sorry to hear :(On the freeway after work and cought a rock the size of a golfball on the center of my hood. Now im looking at removal of the PPF, dent repair, possibility chip repair, and PPF replication. Oh and it bounced into the windshield and chipped it too.
The only good news is my PPF guy thinks the film held up and the paint is OK. He says the center chip areas are the bottom adhisive layer of the PPF. Im hopeing at worst a buff to the clear is all it will need.
The joys of living in Arizona and constant road construction.

Should be covered by you comprehensive insurance. I had something similar with my Explorer ST last year.Im sure the peanut gallery will question my evasive driving skill or someother nonsense. So here is a dash cam still photo. I had to slow it down to .25 just to see it. Video shows it came out between the back of his cab and trailer as I was passing. There was less than .5 seconds from it popping up to impact. But thanks to my dash cam I have a video proof and a license plate for a claim against the trucking company.

I don't know the process, but you have pictures so it did happen. I'd love to see the driver and owner held financially accountable, that size rock could be fatal.Im sure the peanut gallery will question my evasive driving skill or someother nonsense.
