  1. chasing my tail and it's driving me nuts

Ok. The way you wrote that exchange read like you were saying they were deleted for '26 401A. Honestly, we've all said they come with the 401A package about a 100 times over at this point, and no one is disputing it. Not sure why you keep commenting on it. I feel like We're just going in...
  2. Refueling is difficult

This isn't a mechanical experience thing. We're talking about pumping gas here. 🤣 This is all about problem solving skills, which appears to be sorely lacking. Ive known many stubborn engineers who make life harder for themselves by overthinking and not listening.
  3. chasing my tail and it's driving me nuts

    You mean 400A package.
  4. Refueling is difficult

We'll never know because the OP refuses to get past step one in the process of elimination. Step 1 - go to another station and eliminate the pump as a problem. A couple gallons of lower octane fuel will have zero effect on a stock car. This isn't rocket science! 🤷🏻
  5. Mustang Dark Horse SC Convertible leaked! Sighting photos

No one is going to be tracking a convertible. Its all for looks not downforce.
  6. Refueling is difficult

That TSB is on '05-07 lol. Like I said, we dont need to keep pointing to the 20 year old S197 mustang to validate a problem on a S650. I should also remind you that I never disputed the S197 fueling problems. So that "argument" isnt coming from my end. As for the S650, I simply disagree with...
  7. Refueling is difficult

I would love to see your data in this.
  8. My Adventures in Upgrading the Subwoofer and Center Speaker

Thank you for posting this. I was thinking the same thing. I certainly dont want to hear my music coming from behind me in my car. ...and now im laughing like butthead at the puns. 🤣
  9. Refueling is difficult

Im on here all the time and ive never heard of anyone else with a fueling problem. Google isnt gospel. And I could care less about the S197 as thats not relevant. Did you read all the posts above saying they've never had an issue? Its not just me and three other people lol. What I dont think...
  10. already have to get her polished after 1 year of ownership...

Those prices are a pretty high. You should be able to find a reputable independent detailer that will do paint correction and ceramic for $1200-$1500. Front end PPF should be in the $600-$800 range. But I would not recommend front end only PPF if your car is outside a lot. The rest of the paint...
  11. already have to get her polished after 1 year of ownership...

I would not recommend PPF for this car considering he parks outside 24/7. Being parked in the sun for long periods greatly reduces PPF longevity and will result in uneven fading on the parts of the car that aren't covered (assuming he doesn't do the whole car). I think a good ceramic with UV...
  12. already have to get her polished after 1 year of ownership...

This hurts my heart to see. Unfortunately proper car washing and car care is not a skill most people practice. I have a couple thoughts - Regardless of parking outside, you should not have swirl marks. This is due to improper washing and drying. As for the water spots, any vehicle parked...
  13. already have to get her polished after 1 year of ownership...

I dont get the impression those are from washing the car. He parks his car uncovered outside 24/7.
  14. already have to get her polished after 1 year of ownership...

Its in the first post. "i spent about 8 hours (split between 2 days) of using a clay bar on the hood and the windows, which took away all the water spots on my windows, but the hood is still covered in water spots due to the water spots being actually burnt into the clear coat."
  15. Refueling is difficult

No. Sorry. I never once experienced this on my last four mustangs. Nor have any of my friends. I maybe heard about this once or twice on the S197. Never on the S550 or S650. This is NOT a common issue. And it doesn't have anything to do with the gas tanks.
  16. 2027 Mustang Dark Horse SC Convertible Officially Revealed

At least they arent trying to make it a track car. But thats a pretty expensive Grand Touring car. I can't but wonder how well these are going to sell, and what it means for the future of regular DH cars.
  17. Mustang Dark Horse SC Convertible leaked! Sighting photos

Glad to see they aren't trying to make a track car out of a Convertible.
  18. Small open hole on wheel well?!?!?!
