I had a 2014 and I know you had to adjust the pan hard bar. The car is still on stock suspension. I didn’t have any indication the s650’s had this issue. The rear is glaringly obvious but it looks like the front might also be out of whack too. What is required to fix this Is it just an alignment?

That's very strange.
I just measured mine, hung a plumb bob from the guard opening and measured to the rim
2 - 3mm difference left to right.
Is the car stock, no spacers etc?

Yep fully stock no spacers. I did have my fuel tanks replaced under warranty earlier this year I wonder if that has something to do with the subframe? I never noticed this on stock wheels though. But again it looks like my front is also off a little. All the threads I find all have people on aftermarket springs

There is some slop in the rear subframe mounting of these cars so that's likely a contributor considering yours was dropped to replace the fuel tank. See the various manufacturer's dowl kits for an idea of how much play there is. Your camber also looks different between the sides, which would make the top of the tires look closer to the wheel wells and appear uneven between sides. Probably due to the suspension settling. I think Ford will pay for an alignment within the first year.

With the rears being so obvious. What’s the most accurate way I could also determine if the fronts are also not even? I need these all even it’s bugging my OCD.

The front end is most likely just a difference in alignment. The k-member doesn't have the same sloppy mounting the rear subframe has. I feel like I can tell from the pics alone that the driver side has more negative camber.

So Alignment definitely but for the rears what would need to be to get this subframe back where it needs to be? I read about the Steeda bolts but wondering if I can just get by on what’s stock until I actually lower it.

The first step I'd take to fix the rear is install a rear subframe alignment kit. It doesn't have to be from Steeda. They charge near twice as much as everyone else's options. Here's a kit from KellTrac that would get you lined up https://www.kelltrac.com/S550-S650-Mustang-Rear-Subframe-Centering-Sleeve-Kit_p_245.html

Well now I wonder if it’s worth it to add these when I get it lowered or install these and fix this issue first? Also, how is this different than the rear camber adjustment kit? You will have to forgive me I don’t know a ton about suspension.

It's probably the easiest first step toward addressing your concern and has a lasting effect compatible with your future mods. I'd do it first. The rear camber is adjustable from the factory by adjusting eccentric bolts, it's just more tedious than with the replacement camber arms and lacks the extra range.

I’ll look into what the install entails. So this would be for the rear and then the fronts would just align out?

is the front or rear of the tire equally distant from the quarter or bumper cover on both sides?

Give it the finger test

I'd love to see a print out of the alignment and what the thrust angle is

What’s the finger test? I called TSS as I’m local to them. To put those sleeves on.
