So the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S stick out more?

So it looks like the Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tires on the handling package stick out more. Or is it the carbon fiber wheels?

From memory the 4S's I had did not have the extra rim protection strip on the sidewall. So they probably don't stick out more.

I agree, they appear to be a bit wider. I never measured them, but if you look at the specs, they appear to be. I did go to 325’s on the rear, but they are about 1/4” wider.

The Michelin PS 4s have a straighter sidewall than the Pirelli Trofeo RS’s. I think they also have a wider tread width ( the all seasons do). Therefore they will stick out further. The Trofeos taper in more from the max section width to the tread. Check the specs on tiretrack.com. Sorry. I’m too lazy to do it today.

Mine came with the Pirelli’s with the rim protector as well and it saved me scraping a rim one week into ownership exiting an ATM drive thru. That tire is my new best friend lol.
