I work out.
My gym has no showers.
After cardio, I am drenched with sweat.
I have to drive home.
In the summer, my car has a dirty dishrag smell to it when I first get in, which I am sure is a result of this sweaty nastiness when I get in the car. It goes away after a few minutes, but ugh.
I had forgotten about it, because it is not there in the winter (even though I get in the car sweaty). It is like a smell that occurs in the car when it is sitting in the 90 degree weather.
Any ideas on how I can protect the seat from this smell?
I have some basic ideas, like bringing a second shirt and changing. Maybe that would help, but I am not sure, and I can't be the only person on the forum who exercises vigorously and has to drive afterward.
On a whim, I mentioned it to the older guy who is usually on the cardio machine next to me and is drenched in sweat. He laughed and said his truck has that smell, and his wife is always commenting about it.
