I installed my new track tires today and updated the tire size using Forscan. There is an option to update the tire size in the BCM by entering the new circumference in mm without having to change the address values, which is what I did. The stock tires were 275/40/19 and my track tires are 295/30/19 (6.1% shorter). After changing the tire size in the BCM, I drove on the interstate for 120 miles. The speedometer was dead on with my gps, and the car did not throw any codes, drove great and cruise control worked without issues. I did not reset or relearn the PCM or TCM.
Thanks for sharing!

I used the computer version, so I don't know if it would work with the iPhone app.

So this is what is referred to as the Easy Mode? Vice changing characters in the BCM As Built.

I never attempted to use forscan. Weirdly my speedo is still within 1 mph to the GPS at highway speed after the wheel change. According to the math it should be off by more than that. 🤷‍♂️

Crazy you can do it in Australia but not in the US. That’s awesome though.
