I just learned last week that it is 'A OK' to upshift under 4500RPMS. Apparently people do shift lower than that.

I cracked it. If you go to the 23 configurator, and press up, down, down, R1, back, back, triangle, enter you'll be taken to the 24 configurator.

Ah, that was my problem. I was using a Xbox controller and not a Playstation controller. Thanks!
