I bought a 2025 GT PP last fall. Car is not fully broken in yet with around 1500 miles - it’s not a daily and just a summer toy. I realize it will take time to properly break the power train and tranny in, but find the throttle a bit sluggish at times. Has anyone tuned their car at all and noticed a good difference? The 10 speed is definately an improvement compared to the S550, but would like some more responsiveness.

Ive tuned 267 of them since July of last year. There are tremendous gains in both performance and drivability getting a quality tune. I tuned my personal GT at about 100 miles on the odo and its the way it should be from the factory.

I agree 100% with @D/\rK•650 in trying Sport Mode before getting any sort of Tune. Don’t get me wrong when I say that because I was ready to drop some dollars on a Tune but don’t want to be worried about having issues with my Warranty should something happen leaning towards what I’ve done. Sure, it’s easy to roll the PCM if you have the equipment to do so but for me, I’m not willing to roll the dice. I had the Ford Performance CAI kit with Calibration done to my S550 before the 24 GT and it was definitely an improvement from Factory tuning. I have my GT set up on a profile to Sport Mode, Track Exhaust and Sport Steering and it gets Busy!!! To Each Their Own so do what you feel you need to do to get that Satisfaction. For me, when and IF Ford Racing finally releases a Calibration tune for the 5.0 Coyote with “Warranty”, I’ll idly wait on the sidelines with a smile still each time I fire mines up!!

Do you have a website ? Also can a tune disable the annoying start stop feature?

Let the car break in first. After about 3k the transmission learns and livens up. Also try Sport and track modes. Note that you will need to adjust your foot input while the trans learns your driving habits in those modes.

I second the “Let your car break in first”. If you’re putting only 93 in your car, it’s a very nice feel at stock. There was a bit of delay for throttle response for me. I’ve purchased both Shoemaker and Wengerd tunes. Shoemaker was ok, nice get up and go, but wasn’t quite as aggressive as I wanted it. Wengerd changed something so that my transmission is butter smooth. So it’s responsive, but also doesn’t buck in the first few gears with normal driving. Be aware that some of these tunes will definitely cause you to lose traction if you launch and you aren’t ready for it. Both tuners turned off Auto Start/Stop by default.

Also, just a heads up. If you changed your tire circumference with Forscan, going back stock with HPTuners can cause a “VIN not programmed” DTC and cause a light on the dash and notification in the Ford app.

I'm not sure what folks are looking for. I use Sports mode in all my daily drives. It is not perfect as some of the time lag between hard throttle and let up shifts takes longer than I think it should. But if you compare Sports to Drag mode, it is almost day and night. The latter provides almost instant shifts which will chirp the tires even in light throttle conditions. All this said, the GT's torque curve is somewhat higher in RPM than that of the EC especially if you have the FPT. I know of the difference between the driving experiences (EB v. GT) based on driving a 2025 loner a few times. It makes me wonder if said owners fail to experiment with the existing modes and settings before any reprogramming is done. At least doing so would give you a better feel for what sort of response you're actually looking for.

So would you say that Drag Mode is better than Track Mode?? And would Drag Mode be somewhat ok for a Daily Drivers use??
