There are a few things to remember about civilian radar detectors, and that's sensitivity. Although some manufacturers list the sensitivity, few laymen understand what the figures really means. By nature, civilian radar detectors are broad-band, while the radar transmitters are very narrow, and...
Geez. One of my minor peeves is about the S650's road feel, which is a bit too much. I'd be surprised if it's adjustable electronically. Part of the issue I believe, is the lousy Continental tires mine came with. I know some here think they're wonderful, but in OEM form, they're far from it!
When you live in the desert SW as I do, an Oxford White Mustang is an asset!
As for the Eco-Boost... Wait until you take a road trip of at least 250 miles! You'll actually feel remorse for GT owners.
As we all know, the Dark Horse Mustang has different engine internals than the GT, which are essentially the same as those in the F150 5.0. So I sort of guess the addition (F150 DH) is a part's shelf upgrade.
In some respects, I can't blame Ford for any of their 7 new (2026) models. Prices...
I don't know whether to rejoice or shrug in silence, at the announcement Ford is coming out with an F150 Dark Horse model with the 500 HP coyote engine. Bolt on a Whipple, and you now have the World's fastest production pickup. It might even surpass the Mustang Dark Horse considering its four...
The whole world, or so it seems, is now semi-adjusted to on-line sourcing. Yes, the poorer parts of the world are still in the dark ages of internet availability, but that fact is moot in first-world countries. If you don't like the status quo, then do as the poster did—print it and be happy!
This thread reminds me of a friend of mine. Some years back, he bought a rather expensive Buick, and Invicta as I recall. I came over to look at it, and he had a hammer in his hand. We chatted a minute, then he hit the left quarter panel and put a rather obvious dent in it. He just turned to me...
As an Eco-Boost owner, I suspect it would show higher temps than a GT when driven hard, as most turbo'd vehicle do. I don't drive aggressively, but if you look at the various temperatures displayed on the dash with 100°+ ambients, the readings would probably scare a lot of drivers.
These facts...
The truth is glaringly evident, if you care to look for it. To wit, anything and everything you do, or spend data wise, will be well known to a myriad of miscreants. Hell's fire, some smart phones track you even when they're turned off. Some digital TV brands take photos of you, and add it to...
Big Bird, your statement isn't true in my case. One of the service writers is a young lady about 20 ish, who has a body most men only dream about. Not only that, but one of the mechanics is a good-looking lady in her 40s. She's got more muscles in her arms than I have in my whole body!
