As I reported, mine took the local dealer 4.5 days! It wasn't until I got involved, found out why the delay, and once started, it took less than 45 minutes. The issue was a dealership owner's rule NEVER to give out telephone numbers. Geez, one wonders how using a Google-based, internet phone system enhances business, all to save a couple of hundred dollars in phone charges?
