If you have an automatic with lane centering try putting a light ankle weight on the side of the steering wheel. It provides a light pull on the wheel and the lane centering "should" overcome this small force and keep you centered. I have not tried this on any of my Mustangs as all of them have had lane assist which is obviously not the same. It does work on a Prius. This would in theory be the perfect use case for lane centering, but I have this on my Expedition (not sure if it’s even on my Mustang) and find it useless because once I’ve been driving dead straight on the highway for 30s or so the car starts warning me to put my hands back on the wheel (they already are), so I have to give the wheel a little shake or the warnings get louder and more urgent and eventually the car starts doing little brake checks to wake up the driver!
Only way to fully utilise lane centering imo is if you have BlueCruise and can actually let go of the wheel, but as noted that isn’t available on the Mustang.
