  1. Accidentally deactivated Auto Start/stop

No idea. The only thing that I know sync the vehicle up for sure is an OTA. Also, removing the vehicle from the Ford app and re-adding it is believed to force the vehicle to sync, but I have never tested it to make sure. It will eventually sync, but I have no idea what event actually triggers...
  2. Accidentally deactivated Auto Start/stop

Airbags are controlled by the RCM. Nothing you did there would prevent the airbags from deploying. Unlike some people here, I see nothing wrong with making some tweaks to the modules to personalize one's experience with the vehicle they purchased. As long as you make a back-up to restore...
  3. 2024 Mustang FORScan List / Database / Spreadsheet (by Livinitup)

You are exploring uncharter territoty brother. I know the drive modes need to be enabled in the IPC in a few spots. I would control F and search for drive in the spreadsheet under the IPC. Also, enable drive modes here in the APIM:
  4. What Ferrari would do...........

Very fun driving car. I don't hate it.
  5. Please explain Forscan to an idiot

Changes you make to a module do not reflect on the server right away. It can take weeks for vehicle to sync up to the cloud. If you ever mess up the config and failed to make a back up first, you can always pull the ab file from Ford here and reflash the module back to what is was...
  6. Please explain Forscan to an idiot

FORScan is an awesome tool that every Ford owner should have. It is mostly known for being able to make configuration changes to enable and disable features, but it is also full of service procedures found in FDRS that allow you to troubleshoot and fix many issues. You can recalibrate the IPMA...
  7. South Florida Mod Shops

I was just reading through their reviews which do not seem to be very good. I had good experiences with them when I took my vehicle there, but that was a long time ago. I bought a used tranny from them and had them install it when I blew up the third gear synchro on my 2005 GT. I also had them...
  8. South Florida Mod Shops

Mustang Specialties in Pompano Beach is where I used to take my newer Mustangs for mods when I didn't feel like getting my hands dirty. They have been around for a very long time.
  9. Keep speed warning and lane assist setting after next engine start

AFAIK, the only tolerances you can configure is for intelligent adaptive cruise and predictive speed assist/curve control on vehicles that have it available.
  10. Keep speed warning and lane assist setting after next engine start

I would check these two things in the IPC: TSR Overspeed also needs to be disabled in the APIM: In the APIM, there is also a setting for a chime when there is a speed limit change that can be disabled. I would just turn all that crap off, but that's just me.
  11. No turn signal galloping sound?

It can be, but there's only one way to find out. I also saw this in the BCM. Not sure what this does, but seems like something easy enough to try.
  12. No turn signal galloping sound?

The only thing I can find in regards to this is in the DSP. Mustangs equipped with the 6-speaker system do not have a DSP, so this can only be changed on the 9 and 12 speaker systems.
  13. Tapping CAN Bus for telemetry?

My only concern would be that the 2024+ Mustangs have TRON encryption in certain modules including the PCM and ABS. Not sure how this would affect the telemetry it can pull. I don't think it will have an effect on being able to read the data, but if it doesn't work, this is the reason why.
  14. Tapping CAN Bus for telemetry?

HS2 CAN + and - start here in the GWM: From there, those wires branch out to the OSCM, SCCM and RCM. The diagram above says those wires pin at connectors C245 and C210. Attached are the locations of both connectors and the pin-out diagrams for each one.
  15. Infotainment screen and hot climates

Ok, good. You would assume that if it affects one vehicle, it would affect all of them, so glad to hear they are sending the OTA to other platforms.
  16. Infotainment screen and hot climates

For now, that campaign is only for certain model year Broncos and Edges. I am on several forums and have seen a few people in other vehicle platforms complain about this, so I assume thast sooner than later, Ford will need to expand coverage to all vehicles.
  17. Change lane keep to lane centering?

To anyomne still trying to work on this (although I still think it cannot be done without side-loading certain IPMA files from an automatic to a manual), there's a guy on the Lightning forum that release a program he made to easily compare ab data from two vehicle or against Livnitup's...
  18. SYNC Navigation Map - Night/Dark mode only

Same thing; different verbiage. Once you make the change, you will need to go to the wrench icon and reboot the APIM for the change to take effect. SST is smart surface theme. Not sure about the other one.
  19. SYNC Navigation Map - Night/Dark mode only

Ok, so I changed it from smart surface to mustang. The screen didn't render correctly due to the difference in screen size. So in this first video, I was not able to get into the display settings to change it from light to dark, so I say in the video that it won't work on the Mustang...
  20. SYNC Navigation Map - Night/Dark mode only

I have an idea. I don't have a Mustang that I can change the APIM to an F150, but I have an F150 I can change into a Mustang. 🤣 Stand by. Firing up my laptop now.
