You are exploring uncharter territoty brother. I know the drive modes need to be enabled in the IPC in a few spots. I would control F and search for drive in the spreadsheet under the IPC. Also, enable drive modes here in the APIM:

AFAIK, the only tolerances you can configure is for intelligent adaptive cruise and predictive speed assist/curve control on vehicles that have it available.

I would check these two things in the IPC: TSR Overspeed also needs to be disabled in the APIM: In the APIM, there is also a setting for a chime when there is a speed limit change that can be disabled. I would just turn all that crap off, but that's just me.

The only thing I can find in regards to this is in the DSP. Mustangs equipped with the 6-speaker system do not have a DSP, so this can only be changed on the 9 and 12 speaker systems.

My only concern would be that the 2024+ Mustangs have TRON encryption in certain modules including the PCM and ABS. Not sure how this would affect the telemetry it can pull. I don't think it will have an effect on being able to read the data, but if it doesn't work, this is the reason why.
