Scheduled update won't install.

Im getting the message about a new update that I can't get to actually install. I have it scheduled to run updates ever weeknight but it never actually downloads.

Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

I had a problem that a message always popped up saying it was searching for downloads and it would never stop searching. I was told to disconnect the battery at the battery terminals. Leave disconnected for 10-15 minutes and then reconnect. The next day my screen said that a download had been completed.

It could be what we call a phantom update notice on the F150 forums. It happens a lot where the screen tells you there is an update pending, but when we run the VIN through PTS, there is no active OTA trigger on the server. We don't know what causes this, but if you message me the VIN, I can check to see if there is a legit OTA trying to install or not.
