The OTA process is unpredictable and unreliable at best. I have seen many cases where a vehicle goes longer than 2, 4, 6 months or more without receiving an OTA. It sucks, but that's often the way these things work.

I think there's a fix to this posted on the Mach E forum. It has something to do with the latest Android Auto update. I'll see if I can find the thread.

On the F150s, Lightnings and Mach E, the latest BCM update cannot be done without a dealer login or proper NFTSA credentials. I did the BCM on one of these cars once, but since I have a dealer login, I didn't experience the road block. I assume it would be the same with these cars, though.
