Curious what you mean by “non-PP numbers matching up”? Is your Non PP PCM still programmed with the Non PP oil temp data or did you update to PP/DH data?
I have an external oil temp sensor and gauge that provides me real operational temps from a port on the sandwich plate at the oil filter. I’m really curious as to how accurate the inferred temps are on a PP/DH compared to the actual oil sensor. Non PP inferred oil temps are at times 30-35 degrees higher than actual temps from the installed sensor.
Order the MPVI4, credits, and VCM software to make the changes and tune myself. Hopefully together done next week. For comparison purposes, I would like to see what other are experiencing after updating to the PP/DH data.
