X-Plan Question?

When I found out my dealer was making an order of the Dark Horse, I had called the dealership that the vehicle was with perfect options that I wanted so I had put some down on it for some amount to reserve the vehicle coming to me! I haven’t signed any contract! Then when I had researched about the X-plan and I joined the Mustang Club of America on 09/03/2023! If I waited for 90 days and ask them to deal the x-plan when it comes after 12/03/2023. Will it work?? Or not??

Nope. My X-Plan got axed and there is none for the DarkHorse unfortunately. Even thought there was for both Shelby’s I believe. Correct me if I’m wrong please, I know the 350 did at-least early on.

Who knows? Things could be different in December.

But what ameliorated my disappointment in not being able to order a Dark Horse was that I could use X-Plan pricing for a fully optioned GT.

I work at a ford dealership, and correct, there is no plan pricing on the dark horse unfortunately. You can do plan pricing on the rest of the mustang line though.

Yeah I don't blame you, I have one now and loving it compared to my 21 GT500 I traded for it. Going to order one in the color and options I want as soon as we get another allocation

I recently texted my salesman (twice) about it and got no reply, so I'm assuming that's a no, or they lose $$ on it this not interested?
Anyone else have a similar experience with this?

My dealer had no issue applying the X-Plan price on my fully optioned GT Premium when I picked it up 10 days ago.

GTs aren’t limited production models. That’s why a GT that has a similar price point is eligible for the A/D/X/Z plan(s).

They don't lose money, although many add markups that are worth more to them than x-plan. But if your dealer accepts x-plan, you should be okay. You just need them to answer you on that.
