Unfortunately, there's a lot of truth to this. Even with the mess in CA right now, it seems like Newsom and many others just double down on it being the right way and all these issues are coming from the rest of the world.
The emperor has no clothes.
But the market is still bigger than CA...
Nice. I've had no problems with rubbing or anything else. Lowering the car wouldn't appear to cause any concern to me, and I've considered it.
The Michelin tires are better on a cold wet day than the stock Pirelli summer-rated tires are on a hot dry day (like for like sizes... I've had both...
I've had intermittent issues. Mostly always goes all the way back. Yep, father than I'd like. Wish we could set the limit. But it often seems to move forward to different places, and I've reset the memory button many times to address that. Just won't go forward enough ever, or to the same...
I agree entirely!! In fact, that's exactly what I thought when I saw it. Many of my settings stayed the same, but some changed, which made it confusing to know what to check. Because @wilkinda65 mentioned that affecting my motion sensor, I started looking at others and totally got lucky to...
Eesh. This creates trust issues!
That reminds me that the privacy stuff was reset in my car without any notice to me as part of this update. It's very disturbing.
Not sure I'm following you. If auto update is turned off, you won't get it. Mine is turned on, and it still let me know in advance, where I could have changed it. I have to admit, there are many things I would have liked to see in an update that haven't come yet.
The update went well, but I've had two issues since.
1) The dash keeps switching to Fox Body when I start the car. It stays with whatever I select until I turn it back off.
2) When I turn off the car, I now get a prompt every time asking if I want to turn off the motion sensors. I'd...
@Project6GR Wheels could tell you for sure. But 315 is slightly narrower than mine, and I don't have any issues with rubbing or alignment or anything. And the look is magnificent. Handling is excellent. Wider tires transmit a little more road though, never mind lower profile as well.
Except the manual transmission is very tall, and 4.09 would be more fun for sure. I'd think the car would still do 155, but even if it were lower, it'll be way more fun at all the other speeds. Alas, I'm running 3.72 still.
20" gets picked for looks. 19" more common and better for performance (like for like), and for comfort. Then it depends. I went 285 front and 325 rear. LOVE how planted it is. Don't need spacers. Ride is better with narrower tires, but handling is better with wider tires.
Like a rearview mirror? They make em digital now too. I'm not sure who thinks anyone drives around only staring at the rearview mirrors. In fact, many newer trucks use very large digital side mirrors in the cabs now.
Flawless. Near flawless. Minor scuffing. 🤔
You'll lose much more on that Bimmer too. However, as a previous 750lix owner and BWM fan, I'll probably never own one again. The luxury is outstanding and the driving experience is excellent. The number of repairs, the cost of repairs (always under...
I did. And my camera has parking mode too, but I used the mirror USB, so it turns off power at some point. However, it keeps the parking mode running for quite a while. Maybe it runs off of a battery in the camera. Not sure.
