What size wheels to run and squared or staggered?

As I have never owned a Mustang, I'm curious what you all recommend for wheels on a 2024 Mustang Gt Convertible. No PP, just a basic Convertible Gt. Will be used for daily driving and the spirited side roads every now and then. I don't see this car making it to the drag strip or the track.
Suggestions:
Squared or Staggered?
Diameter?
Rim Width?

The simple answer seems to be: staggered 20x10/20x11 running 275 front and 305 rear.

The real answer is it depends.

Hey this is Junior from 6GR, a staggered setup is more common on these mustangs. We do a 19x10 +35 285/35/19, 19x11 +50 305/35/19. Same exact wheel/tire specs if you want to do 20" wheels. For a square fitment we do 19x10 +35 285/35/19 all around. Again same specs for our 20" wheels. If you have any fitment questions feel free to give us a call. We would be happy to help.

Staggered may be 'common' but pointless.
Run 19x9.5 or 19x10 squared with 275+ (can go 255-285) meats of KNOWN GOOD quality tires.

If you want Cadilac ride, go buy a Caddy.

20" tires are becoming much more common but the tradeoff tends to be stiffer carcass (except Continental) so ride quality can suffer to the point of being annoying if you're a princess who can feel the pea under her mattress.

The widest selection is still in the 19" size.

Go Square. 19x9.5 and 19x10 tend to be the most affordable and available.

20" gets picked for looks. 19" more common and better for performance (like for like), and for comfort. Then it depends. I went 285 front and 325 rear. LOVE how planted it is. Don't need spacers. Ride is better with narrower tires, but handling is better with wider tires.

A bit more tire options in 19'' as well

My Dark horse has 255F/275R/40r19 which is a pretty good middle ground. Smaller diameter wheels would give you a better ride and 20 inches would give you better handling. I can't say what is right for you because I don't know the type of driver you are and how much you value comfort.
Personally, I like the handling but 20 inches would be a bit farther than I want to go.

So most I’m seeing are staggered. I prefer a square setup. I’ll be doing 19x10 eventually. That’s what i ran on my 16 Mustang GT performance pack which came stock staggered and I enjoyed it.

I'm running 20x11 20x11.5 and 305/30/20 squared all seasons Bridgestones.
It might just be the magnaride but the feel is very smooth on the road. Zero complaints.
DH HP.
I'm thinking of switching the rear tires to a different brand to 315/35/20 for a better look.
