With the shit show that this is turning into, what other vehicle would you consider purchasing?
This is my first expensive car and also my last expensive car.

I just wanted to experience it once in my lifetime so I'm enjoying it that way.

You have the Nissan Z400, 2024 Challenger (there are some new ones about), Mazda MX-5, Toyota Supra...

I'm happy to keep this one for a while, or for ever, depending on fate.
I got tired of doing tens of thousands on upgrading every 3 or 4 years.
We'll keep my wife's car for a good while too.
But if the Lotto Gods smile there'll be a Audi RS3 sportback replacing hers, and either spend a bit on mods for the Ford, or get a Dark Horse.
And maybe a Dodeci Cillindri because I've always lusted after a front engine V12 Ferrari.

I considered a used Dodge Viper. 50-70K will get you a nice one! True American iconic classic. Lots of bang for buck.

I passed on it because I really do appreciate modern conveniences like GPS and CarPlay in which the Viper has none of and I wanted to live to see another day lol.

If I had an unlimited budget?: If new, DB12, AMG GT55, Panamera Turbo, or Revuelto.

Realistically?: Besides the Mustang GT or Mach-4, I don't know...if I were more ambitious, mechanically inclined and actually had the patience for it, maybe I'd get a stick shift New Edge GT as a project/weekend car, finally learn how to drive manual for life, and keep my EcoBoost?

At this point though, I'm just dreaming...

If I had an unlimited budget, I would buy a house with a 5 car garage, 5 cars next to each other with a wide door.

- Ford Mustang GT (the one I have)
- Chevrolet Camaro ZL1
- Dodge Charger Hellcat
- Dodge Challenger Demon
- Chevrolet Corvette ZR1

Ooh, a GT as my daily and either a ZL1 or C7 Grand Sport as a weekend driver would be enticing to me.

Was waiting till next year to get the Ranger, but with all the crap going on, jumped on it 2 weeks ago and put order in before tariffs got involved.

I considered the BMW 440i, it’s a decent car, nice to drive and the performance is similar (4x drive and all).
But I couldn’t get past those kidney grills looking at me ... and the Mustang is beautiful.

When I wasn't sure if my Dark Horse was ever going to get built, I was looking at a Cadillac CT5 V Blackwing.

For me it was or buy the Mustang GT, or keep driving my 14 year old 3 cylinder 1.2 diesel engine and just see a car as a transport source instead of a precious thing since that car is 10x more reliable than the Mustang.

Got the Ecoboost for do-everything balance of style, efficiency, daily use, not worrying too much if I park it downtown. Came from Camaro + Camry, got tired of hand-maintaining 2 vehicles.

Kinda regret selling the Camaro... miss that V8 low-end torque to instantly break the rear loose anytime, anywhere, for any reason

Considering "refreshed" C8 vs Mustang GT (maybe after a refresh too, and hopefully quality will improve)
