I have :
. Steeda Mustang IRS Subframe Alignment Kit 555-4438
. Steeda 555-4437 IRS Subframe Bushing Support System
. Steeda IRS subframe support braces 555-5754
. Steeda 555-4137 vertical links with Polyurethane Bushings.
It transformed the handling of car, and absolutely no NVH. Highly...
Mild improvements you may want to consider to improve the chassis rigidity and not increase understeer :
. Steeda IRS subframe support braces
. Steeda G-trac front brace
. A more spirited alignment
I would do this before changing sway bars.
Good luck!
Stuff that worked well in my car:

It really depends what you are looking for: Steedaās street set up is great for daily comfort.
I prefer a bit heavier steering and bit higher tire consumption, but with a bit better front end precision and a more tied down car in faster highway drives.
Hi,
Here is the same Autotopnl site testing the DH tremec at high speeds.
You will see that the overdrive problem is the same as in the MT.
Btw, these were the exact videos that made me get the AT10. Yes there are a lot of gears, but the AT10 is so fast going through the first 3 gears that it...
Hi,
GT PP magneride.
But it doesnāt matter, the DH will have the same issue. Itās a front suspension geometry issue that impacts the front roll center of the car and makes it more prone to it (Iām not an expert). When you lower the car it always happens but it seems the 650 is more sensitive...
hi,
After lowering my 650 the front suspension geometry was apparently impacted, the front became too vague curbing at higher speeds, specially when going downhill.
So Iām looking into installing the Steeda bump-steer kit 555-8179
and the Steeda Front Lateral Links w/ Extended Ball Joint...
Hi,
Has anyone that has lowered your 650 install the part Ā« Steeda S650 Premium Front Lateral Links w/ Extended Ball Joint Part Number: 555-4919 Ā»?
Itās an expensive part, and Iām wondering if it really helps the handling.
Is the improvement noticeable in fast canyon roads / in general ?
Thanks
Of your additional list I only installed the vertical links.
it did make a difference, the rear is tighter, clearly feel it when driving canyon type of roads.
I didnāt install the other 2 as I was concerned about early wear / NVH.
Good luck with your project !
No camber bolts. Donāt trust them and after the springs the front camber stayed at -1.3, which for me is perfect.
I did get the rear camber adjustment kit to bring rear camber a bit upwards (I got -2 after lowering, and put it back to -1.6). No problems with it, the car drives great.
The one...
This is exactly what I thought when I got my PP.
Plus, it lowers the possibility that some one screws up when installing all this stuff in the non-PP (and Ford telling you itās not their responsibility).
I have steeda progressive, great in the street.
As others say, it really depends on how you will use the car:
1) is it a fun car to mainly commute and do daily chores? Or you plan to drive it fast in long highway/canyon type of roads.
If the first, itās mainly about looks. So get the base version and reserve some budget for wheels and tires...
