Upgrading from a 2013 G37x sedan to a 10 speed GT. It was my first car and will be missed.

I'm upgrading from a 2019 base GT. I did a dyno tune and changed some things in the suspension and wheels for Autocross and Time Attack. As a result it was very uncomfortable on the street. It was destroyed in a collision with a drunk driver on the highway on my way to an Autocross event.
I ordered a 2024 Premium GT with Magneride, active exhaust and Recaros. I will trim some the fat and setup the suspension and wheels as soon as I take delivery to get it track ready. I look forward to trying out the Magneride!

Idk I don't have that nostalgia like a lot of people here and I'd call that a solid upgrade. Yes you lose the badge and a decent amount of hp but the new one will handle better, have a warranty, way better interior materials, and best of all, have that new car smell.

2nd to last vehicle was a 50yo Chevy pickup I had a long time and was always needing a ton of work and money. Replaced it with a Toyota Avalon last year. Was impressed by the Avalon compared to Cadillacs I've driven. Initially considered a new Crown but they're a turbo 4 now. Decided to live a little instead. Love the Coyote.

Just buying to add - most recently I had a MK5 Supra as my fun car, but I sold it about a year ago when I realized I wasn't driving it much since it was a 2-seater. Fun car though, really fun on the track. Looking forward to getting back to a 5.0, I had a 15 and 18 GT.
