  1. Changing tire size using FORScan

Agree. Maybe I’ll break out my draggy. It is the most accurate speed detector I have.
  2. Changing tire size using FORScan

@AZ_Ryan the TPMS sensors don't sync with anything other than the pressure. With that being said, I went from the stock GT PP tires on the back; Pirelli P Zero 275/40/19 to a Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 4 315/35/ZR20. Every GPS type device (draggy, phone, etc..) I have measure it right at the...
  3. Apps for Valentine 1 users w/ iPhones

I was looking at another thread and they were mentioning JBV1 app for Android to pair with V1 or standalone. That got me looking at similar apps compatible with iOS. Found the following apps. V1connection, the app This is the original app that I have been using albeit not very often after...
  4. What Radar Detecter Do You Use?

That website lists several different Fuzzbusters. #1, #2, #3, #4, II, III, Elite and Elite II. Marketing isn't what it used to be. :cwl:
  5. What Radar Detecter Do You Use?

I recall my dad having one of these in his truck. 1974 Chevrolet 3/4 ton. Whistler RE-55XK
  6. What Radar Detecter Do You Use?

I use a V1 gen 2. Coupled with Google maps. To get the police feed on Google you have to be in navigation mode. Also have a gen 1 but I’m not using it. It needs to be sent in for some upgrades. Not taking anything away from the Waze users, but since Google bought them (few years back) they...
  7. What Radar Detecter Do You Use?

In case of an emergency, I can find a police officer running their radar.
  8. All Season Tire Recommendations?

Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 4…..315/30/20 rear and 275/35/20 front. Fills the fender gap visually without lowering. No rubbing. Rides great. Traction is better than expected coming from the Pirelli. Have had the Pilot Sport 4S on other cars but wanted longer life with better wet capabilities...
  9. Carplay Ultra - Coming to the Mustang?

Same. Sometimes I think the best mod I did was to use ForScan to display the gears all the time. Makes me feel more connected to the car.
  10. Carplay Ultra - Coming to the Mustang?

Watching the Apple WWDC 2025 for a bit this afternoon. Interesting to watch the Carplay Ultra portion. Not sure I want the dash portion (instrument panel), but interested to see how they start integrating the traditional controls such as climate. We can always cross our fingers to have the...
  11. Abilor & Maude - Build & Maintenance Journal

I don’t have any practical experience with Dynamat. How is the stereo sound quality? Is it keeping the sound in or just reducing road noise? What does it do for the exhaust sound in the cabin?
  12. May 2025 Mustang Sales Figures

This is false. Tariffs come on parts, assemblies, materials, etc. Most were already in place but there have been several new ones / increases this year. That is only on the direct tariffs. That doesn’t cover the ones that are indirect such as the tariffs consumed transportation services...
  13. PCM Flash Needed for Oil Cooler + PP Rad on 2024 GT (Non-PP)

@Cool66 I really do hope you get what you are looking for. I spent 8 years working for Ford on the Power Stroke diesel side and if history is an indicator they will just stop selling / offering it. Will it make money? That is a pass or fail moment. Then everything has to go through lawyers...
  14. PCM Flash Needed for Oil Cooler + PP Rad on 2024 GT (Non-PP)

Don’t disagree. But just because someone markets it means it will work. Reflashing from Ford will come down to what it costs to get an EPA cert. That is very costly for both the fee paid to the EPA and internal labor cost from Ford’s pocket. I would estimate the overall cost to Ford at...
  15. PCM Flash Needed for Oil Cooler + PP Rad on 2024 GT (Non-PP)

Few observations. 1. Ford Performance does not offer a radiator. You bought and converted your non PP car to a PP radiator. 2. Ford Performance does offer an oil cooler. Assuming this is the one that you bought it specifically states it is a ā€œservice replacementā€ and not an upgrade /...
  16. Cleaning Catch Can Filters?

That’s a good question. šŸ˜‚ This freak I guess. I’ve never had one on a vehicle so I thought I would put it in a jar I had around and see what it was actually catching. In the end it amazing how much oil it is capturing.
  17. Cleaning Catch Can Filters?

This is just under 11 tablespoons of oil (160ml). That’s 25,000 miles / 11 tablespoons of oil = 2,272 miles per tablespoon. Same as your description of what it should be.
  18. Cleaning Catch Can Filters?

Yes. You can pull it off the UPR site as well. Attached is from their site that I referenced above, but I recommend making sure it is the right one for your application.
  19. Cleaning Catch Can Filters?

To give some additional context to how much oil my car is catching. This is an accumulation of all the oil out of my catch can at 25k it has been on my car since approx 250 miles.
