Just put on Velgen's and had to use new TPMS sensors since the factories weren't compatible.
Did the whole TPMS procedure with the remote and it worked for about two days before the car stopped recognizing them. Not sure what the issue could be.
In the event of an electrical failure, Ford would have to prove that the RTR grille caused it. Also it's a fuse, it's designed to blow before causing damage to other components. Replacing a fuse is easy.
RIP cause it's probably totaled which makes sense. Also 90% of Youtube videos have clickbait thumbnails nowadays. Can't really fault him for doing the same as the rest.
How are people getting mad at stangmode in this thread? He never claimed that it was his car which crashed.
Seems like he made the video in response to people that kept tagging him thinking it was his crash
Two week update:
This car is definitely the best purchase I've made in a long time. I gotten more compliments/comments of the car in the last two weeks than I did with any other car. The only thing I miss is being able to leave my house every day with a full charge, but I actually enjoy going...
The interiors might look similar but the materials are much higher quality. I test drove a 2023 Premium and there was a ton of plastic in the cabin. Those plastic pieces have been replaced with a soft-touch material or leather.
Yeah we need a better way to shut the system off. When I roll the windows down I have to navigate into either the fan and set it to 0 or navigate to the climate control and hit the off button. I’m going to try to use Alexa or voice commands to see if that works
My camera turned off around 1.5 hours after the car was off. Going to test it again to see if 1.5 hours is the time it takes for the car to turn off power to the USB port.
