On the Corvette from General motors, you're able to pull both paddle shifters in and then press the gas in order to free rev. Can you not do that in this car?
pretty sure this is a DCT exclusive thing. you can do this on the S550 GT500 and on the GTD, but not the 2017+ Ford GT, despite also having a DCT

Used to play with it with manual to have cars moving away in the tunnels (it works!), with AT10 now I downshift and I play with the pedal and it someway works, but free gas worked better 🤡

I've never been into transmissions but I'd heard that atf wouldn't be running through the transmission in neutral like it does in drive and would kill a transmission. That was about TH350s and TH400s, though.

I heard in s650 you put the shifter in manual "M" and hold both paddles and it will be temporary neutral to rev. I didn't tried it coz i knew this info while am travelling...i will try it once am back

.......this probably explains what I saw last Fall. At a light and heard a Mustang GT rev then smack into the back of a vehicle ahead while we were all stopped at a red light. I guess he "rev bombed" himself right into the body shop?

So I can put the car in Neutral, while driving, slam on the gas to make fun sounds, then put it back in drive?……Without breaking anything?

I've done that and things have been ok so far, but in my younger days I did that with a Pontiac GrandAm and it broke the fly wheel, I think. Any how it broke something in the tranny.

Did it a couple of times for fun, but at VERY low speed. I don't feel confident to do it while driving at speed, neither I trust much the mechanism (just my opinion).
Maybe someone could reprogram the logic to put the gear in "N" by pressing the two paddles.. in the end it's all electronic. :D ...or you can run a cable to short the "N" there 🤭
