pretty sure this is a DCT exclusive thing. you can do this on the S550 GT500 and on the GTD, but not the 2017+ Ford GT, despite also having a DCTOn the Corvette from General motors, you're able to pull both paddle shifters in and then press the gas in order to free rev. Can you not do that in this car?

Yeah, a lot. They're super solid carsI don't mean to jump ship here, but someone mentioned an S2000? Are any of those still running?

Nope, doesn't work.I heard in s650 you put the shifter in manual "M" and hold both paddles and it will be temporary neutral to rev. I didn't tried it coz i knew this info while am travelling...i will try it once am back
Thats sad....i was so excited to try it 🫠Nope, doesn't work.
I've done that and things have been ok so far, but in my younger days I did that with a Pontiac GrandAm and it broke the fly wheel, I think. Any how it broke something in the tranny. So I can put the car in Neutral, while driving, slam on the gas to make fun sounds, then put it back in drive?……Without breaking anything?
Did it a couple of times for fun, but at VERY low speed. I don't feel confident to do it while driving at speed, neither I trust much the mechanism (just my opinion). So I can put the car in Neutral, while driving, slam on the gas to make fun sounds, then put it back in drive?……Without breaking anything?
