First button I hit when I get in is my pony > race exhaust. Getting old. I might just do the h-pipe and some cheap loud mufflers or straight pipes. Screw the "active exhaust" that's just 2 more buttons I have to hit!
Adaptive cruise works in traffic but yes, even the tailgate setting will leave space for everyone in the slow lane to cut you off. The normal setting will let tractor trailers cut you off. It basically turns you into a boomer driver.
One thing I noticed, the lane keep assist is the worst I've ever seen. It doesn't kick in until you're on top of the line then it jerks you too harshly back to the other line. It's more swervy than me after a case of Miller lite. My GFs 2017 sub 20k corolla does a way better job.
Anyone buy one of these dark horse style $300 spoilers? Are they up to factory standards or just cheap junk?

The stock one just isn't aggressive enough for me...
That's not really depreciation as much as market normalization due to better supply and introduction of more desired models. If someone is willing to pay thousands over sticker price because of scarcity they know they are taking a hit on the resale market.
I'm not really sure what the...
I love the one piece screen and the leather. A lot of the other stuff seems like a gimmick. The active exhaust for instance. I'd rather it just be loud all the time.
I've been driving a lifted jeep for five years so kind of immune to stoplight anxiety.
One thing I have been enjoying is putting the muffler in track mode whenever a Tesla or some other EV is behind me and giving them a good dose of decibels and smog. I'm sure they appreciate it!
I haven't seen any lower than mid 60s. One local advertised for 61k wasn't even on the lot when I went to check it out. I think it was just a bullsh1t ad to generate foot traffic.
Car jackers or guys who are towing to the local chop shop probably aren't going to know the ins and outs of every model. It's definitely better protection than your average scat pack has.
If you are worried about resale value you should have got a base C8 instead of the dark horse. Those things are not depreciating at all. I couldn't see spending 70k on a car though. 45k for a GT Premium and another 10k for a whipple though and you have a GT500 for peanuts!
