Really, you can't think of anything that happened in 2020 and beyond that would've caused car prices to rise? Most of the increased car costs have happened post Covid, hence why I chose 2020, plus that numbers came from an article looking at car costs versus inflation since 2020.Why did you choose 2020? Why not pick 2018? Lol
GT mustang was $36k and Corvette was $55k. If you choose 2018, mustang hasn't gone up as much as Corvette.
By the way, both the Corvette and Mustang GT have increased the same amount post 2018--it's 26%. The difference is the Mustang got new sheet metal, dashboard, and steering wheel, and the Corvette got an entirely new car that is a massive step up in performance and interior quality. I'd say that makes a difference.
