Would installing an oil catch can affect the Ford warranty in any way?
Ford has been selling their own branded catch cans. I did some searching this AM. It does not look like their catalog has caught up for the S650. There are aftermarket solutions though.

Warranty concerns come up from time-to-time. Ford would need to prove the part was directly involved in damage to the engine, emissions, etc.

As Ford had been selling them, my opinion is no, it will not void the warranty. However, it does need to be maintained (periodically inspection and emptied) with the rest of the car.

If you DD the car, it would be a good idea to check every few months or thousands of mi/km. If you use your car for weekends and Holidays, possibly as little as once a year, during the oil change. If you race, I'd check it much more frequently (see post #59 above).

The amount of oil captured should be pretty consistent, so you'll eventually find a rhythm. If you discover a dramatic change in the amount of oil captured, or you see a fluid (water/oil mix, something weird) that shouldn't be there, that's a tell you need to investigate further.

If the can is a warranty concern, but you want to use one, simply remove it before taking the car into Ford. The device can be installed or removed in moments.

I have a UPR catch can on my S650. If it has to go in for any warranty work I will just take it off and put the factory tube back on. Then there's no questions.

Why would anyone want 2-3-4 ounces or more of used oil spraying back into your intake? For such a simple modification & relatively low cost it is a no-brainer for me.
