Lane assist: I turn it OFF in the DH because it's a PITA. I have it ON in the F150 because ... well ... BlueCruise 1.4 is awesome.

Driver Alert Monitor starts getting antsy after a while on motorways even with Lane Assist off. Not a problem until you have been going for 1/2 hour or so and especially if changing lane too many times without indicating. Only way to turn off is in the driver assist settings for each journey. It is way over sensitive and gives the keep hands on the wheel warning more than lane drifting.
Although most of the roads i drive on do not have sufficient road markings for it to work.
I've only had mine vibrate once whilst overtaking a cyclist. It doesn't fight though thankfully.
With lane keep off i haven't had any other alerts.
Yes but didn't some say that the alert still pops up anyways? I'll have to try itEheh.. what do you think we're doing every time we start the car?
It doesn't disable the "alert", it disables the whole lane assistant!![]()
