Thanks for your work! I am not keen on trying this out to be honest (a bit afraid to break something as I lack the knowledge) but I will try to turn off Information Chimes, if that's disabled in the NA Mustang!
Thanks for your work! Just out of curiosity and to get a better understanding: What makes you so confident that this needs to be the address where the warning is stored?
Thanks!
BR
Sebastian
Hi,
I have an EU Mustang, which means we get a strange chime every time:
We overspeed (even by just 1 km/h)
Our hands aren’t on the wheel
You can disable these warnings, but they reset every time the ignition is restarted. The "hands on the wheel" alert is even more problematic, as you have...
Correct, it's B not 8. As I have no experience working with Forscan and I dont wan't to break my car I will not try it for now. Need first to gather some knowledege in general.
According to the spreadsheet there is a option for Lane Assist. For mine it is set to 8 which means "LA_LKA_EuroNcap". But this will most likely lead to disabling the Lane Assist completly (at least on the Mustang Mach E this happens with similar settings)...
My GT, which will be hopefully delivered soon (picture from my dealer). Ford stopped delivering the manuals in Europe because there is no service manual available for the clutch line issues :crying:
Already now since 2 or 3 weeks at my dealership...
I now tried to contact Ford US, DE and my Dealer: Answer is.. nobody knows :(
After the shipping delays this now really starts to frustrate me. The car was in Newark in March this year and I still didn't receive it. Will see if we still get it this year.
Just a small info for everybody: For whatever reason the repair manual for the clutch line aren't available in EU yet (already available for some time in the US..), which means every delivery on new manual cars is blocked until we have the official documents in EU :(
Does anybody know when we will get the service manual for 24S36 in europe? All our cars are hold back for delivery until we have that service manual. Which is pretty funny, because as it seems, in the US it is known how to fix the issue and in EU it is not :(
My car finally arrived at the dealership, but they need to wait for a service manual in regards to that clutch issue. Before this is not done Ford will not send out papers to get the car registered. At least I got a picture of my car to overcome the waiting time :)
Since when? Ace said they are shipping from Baltimore: https://www.mustang7g.com/forums/threads/has-anyone-concrete-news-about-europe-avaiability-of-s650.158772/post-3266221 - or does this only affect EU customers?
