Yes they last scheduled up to the shutdown.
3 weeks in a row without scheduling seems a little suspicious, but then they are taking 3 weeks off in the next 9 weeks.
It's that or they're waiting on the outcome of whatever is happening next week before they schedule anymore builds.
Euro 6E is only being enforced on new registrations from Sept this year, since the S650 is a new type approval it already had to be compliant from last september.
There is usually a gap of a year between new models / designs (type approval) and all vehicles (1st registration) having to comply...
After seeing a Dark Horse listed on autotrader for £10k over original MSRP I thought i'd have a look again at ford pricing.
At the Start of April Ford increased the OTR prices to include the higher tax vehicle tax and then rounded it up a bit.
So a base DH went from £65,585 to £65,995.
Well as...
Would having a larger buyer base be of use to you when it comes to sell the car ? As it would lead to a higher resale price.
Do people from the rust belt buy used cars from outside of it in the hope of getting a cleaner car only to find it rusts to pieces in a couple of years and ends up worse...
Factory undercoating would be most cost effective and consistent than doing it at the dealer.
Euro cars also have things like an OPF and they're not cheap in the slightest.
A quick google and a replacement OPF (GPF) for a similar car is around $3k can't find any prices for mustangs so...
Which country ?
Euro prices will include sales tax at ~20% and emissions taxes.
Shipping it here will cost at least $5k.
The uk has an equivalent of your gas guzzlers tax at $3.5k
Could someone test the motion sensors on the new key?
Walk up to your car, put the key down on the ground next to it.
Unlock then lock it as normal.
Then wait for 5mins without disturbing the key and attempt to unlock it.
If the sensors are working it should do nothing.
Someone did a demo of a...
The cost to ship cars to europe and the homologation required for a niche car is a lot more than an undercoating spray that could be applied on the production line to all ...
Also the euro base car is the GT PP, we don't get many factory options other than what exterior colour would you like...
Lack of rust protection will limit the used market.
It's a bit like in the UK it's buyers beware on a Jap import. If you're the first owner you get it treated, if you're not you hope the first import owner did it or you walk away.
10 year old JDM cars that were good on import are scrap after a...
I believe the latest Ford key has followed other manufactures and has a motion sensor in it.
If the key doesn't move for a minute (or so) keyless entry is disabled and thus relay attack will not work.
On my merc double tap lock on the key and it turns off keyless entry on that key.
I did hide...
The waits for Vin's are random.
Two people have ordered the exact same car from the same dealer within days of each other.
First person had a predicted build of 5th April but that came and went with out a vin.
Second person had to wait a month for confirmation and then got a vin for build in...
My car was due to be built on 13th May for arrival by 27th July. But with the downtime on the 13th it's slipped back to the 21st for build.
Don't know what the delay is but there was a lot of shortages flagged (wheels mostly) when my car was scheduled.
So maybe the wheel shipment is running...
Corrosion warranties only ever cover rusting from the inside out, aka under a panel /paint then coming through. The under panel is free to rust away as long as it never becomes cosmetic on the outer panel
Outside inwards aka surface corrosion is also not covered.
'Murican cars use steel brake...
Yup rear fog light is part of the reversing light cluster on EU models.
Fog lights should be mounted down low to shine under the fog, at both front and rear.
Only one light is fitted to the rear as to not confuse with the 3 brake lights / 2 tail lights.
They are mostly there to enable you to...
