Jokes aside, how about one for the EVERYMAN? It's easy to build some high dollar, mega this that and the other...but what would really impress these days is the ability to build one that normal, everyday folks can afford.

Ford has a MASSIVE parts bin to dive through, as do a few other manufacturers. All they're missing is some testicular fortitude, which seems to be in short supply...

exactly. concepts are cool, but production vehicles are even cooler. because one is a showpiece, the other shows off what you can actually design and produce, with the latter being much more impressive

Why have an impractical off roader?

It makes more sense than you think. Having a good looking coupe with fun driving dynamics that can handle being driven in the winter and over speed bumps, and that has a higher ride height so it's easier to get in and out of than a normal sports car.
