One other thing. I had the Ford app loaded on my phone and one day It came up and said that the windshield washer fluid status was āgoodāā¦.this lead me to believe that the car was moving down the line and had a heartbeatā¦ok, maybe it was just all the electronics was connected and WiFi was up. š¤
I ordered my Mustang back in December and received the same emails you did even the one, including that it was still being built, but there was a delay (no explanation but my guess is the delay was due to a part shortage). When it was all said and done. It did take three months (total) to be...
I was thinking the same about the ability to delete the black roof from the nite pony but thought it might be something new. I considered the NP long and hard when I ordered mine back in December but ultimately went with the bronze package.
Iāve only used Covercraft for the last 20+ years. Theyāre a little pricey and bulky but they are insulated and do a good job of reflecting the radiant heat as well as keeping the sun off the dash.
Ok, this old bonehead may have figured this out.
Normally, I park the Mustang in my single garage (I have a 3 car) which puts the car at the farthest distance away from the laundry room which is where our extra/spare keys are stored (most of you already see where this is going) hanging on the...
I tried that a few times. I have on a charger now. Will check it in the morning and if it doesnāt fix it, Iāll try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes.
no messages about low battery and it starts and runs (with remote start also) and I only have 1500 miles on it but hey, you never know. Iāll put it on a charger overnight and see if that makes a difference.
The welcome lighting is turned on in Settingsā> Vehicleā> Lighting but it doesnāt work when I get close to the car with the fob. The welcome lighting does work when I unlock the car. This just started happening. The second key fob is not in/near the car. Thoughts?
I had a similar issue where it almost seemed like the vehicle got lost once it went into production and then showed as built, but no other updates and then I contacted Ford through the Ford app chat, and it turned out, mine was at the terminal waiting for shipping.
The first clue to me that mine was on the line was that my Ford app said the washer fluid was āGoodāā¦..Iām guessing that meant that the ECM/BCM was connected.
Well, after a month of ownership and a few washings (washing a car is always where I found the problems) I can say the build quality on my car is pretty good. The only issue I had was the clocking of the passenger side wiper. It sat too high on the windshield. It was a bit of a booger to pull...
Congratulations!
if you have the Ford App loaded, at some point, you might see the windshield washer fluid level as āGoodā . This was the first sign for me that the car was connected and moving down the line. Kinda like its first heartbeat!ā¦.š
Are you quoting the GEN7 service manual? I am trying to use a 2 leg puller and it isnāt budging. Iām gonna soak it with penetrating oil overnight to see if that helps. Iām afraid to really torque on the T handle thinking it should come off fairly easy. I dunno.
