Has anyone figured out how to program different things to the favorite button? My only options are the calm screen and the auto hold.

I have the same problem as the OP... only the same two choices presently.

Perhaps the better question is how do you add additional choices to the favorite button selection page?

Do you have the active exhaust? Do you have launch control? (manual only?) Rev match is manual only?

So if you have an auto without an active exhaust you will not have the other options

I want to add the auxiliary guage cluster display as a favorite. Why don't we have the flexibility to choose what we want as favorite options from a large list instead of only 2 or 4 choices dictated by some engineer at Ford? We need a way to add options to the selection page so we can truly have a useful feature. I would love a single button push to go there rather than the current three (My Mustang/aux guages/5 guage display).

there are only 7 things that can be programmed to the favorite button
1. calm screen on/off
2. auto hold on/off
3. quiet exhaust mode on/off (requires active exhaust)
4. normal exhaust mode on/off (requires active exhaust)
5. sport exhaust mode on/off (requires active exhaust)
6. track exhaust mode on/off (requires active exhaust)
7. launch control on/off (requires manual transmission)

@ roket. Thanks for the clarification. The owners manual doesn’t make that clear.

Thanks rocket. My question still stands... why can't ANY screen or feature be set up as a favorite if desired. Big miss from Ford IMHO. Hopefully this can be addressed in a future update.

I was having a hard time figuring out all the screens and how to navigate this system. With no real owners manual or separate manual for the Sync system, learning and understanding how to use and navigate it is getting difficult for me at over 70 years old. Plus having to learning a new system for each new car is getting to the point of frustration so much so that my next new car will be a completely restored 66 GT Mustang with a pushbutton radio!

Owners Manual can be found in pdf here. It is also available in car on the screen... I do feel your pain trying to learn all the new stuff!

I do miss a paper owner's manual. They deleted it because the younger crowd (Gen Y & Z) could care less (most average drivers don't even know it's in the glove box) and would rather look on their phone for the information. I get that it saves money and is the future, but I still miss that book.

Thanks, but I think there is nothing like holding a manual in your hands while sitting in the car playing with the screen(s). I love tech but it just came at me like a firehose instead of a nice slow drip.

(Edit) My Jeeps admittedly older Uconnect system was much easier to master
